Lent 2024 has a theme! You can still be a part of this - here's how!

Our theme for Lent 2024 is “From Fear to Hope.” We will use the Book of Amos to guide us through the wilderness of our fears into the Light of Hope. The RAT is hard at work to make Lent meaningful this year.

Here is how you can contribute to RAT’s efforts:

  • Writers – we need skit writers and poets – Each week will have a dramatic reading for the Amos passage and a poem to go deeper into the theme for the week
  • Tech – please volunteer to do the PowerPoint for a worship service or two and watch for the list of volunteers we’ll need for tech during Holy Week (Right now we need tech folx, including camera, for Ash Wednesday, February 14)
  • Artists – we’d love to have artists creating art live during any of our worship services (the choice will always be yours to share your work or not)
  • Musicians – the choir will sing during the season so watch for more information. We would also really like to have duets or small groups sing or instrumentalists each week. If you are interested, comment below or email Kevin

If you are interested in helping to do any of these things, you can comment here or email Pr. Rachael.
