Council has determined the policy for Sunday Circle and Worship shifting to all Zoom, no one in person.

  • If the weather services describe dangerous driving conditions and/or advise no travel, then Sunday Circle and Worship will be on Zoom.

  • If the actual temperature is -10 or colder, we will be on Zoom only.

  • If the windchill is -20 or below, we will be on Zoom only.

The decision will be made and posted by Saturday at 5 pm. We will stick to the decision even if the the weather is not as predicted on Sunday morning. For example, if 10 inches of snow is predicted for Saturday night the announcement will be made to switch to Zoom only for Sunday morning. If the snow fails to arrive, we will remain on Zoom only for that Sunday morning.

If you have questions about the weather policy, please ask a Council member or Pr. Rachael or leave a comment below.
