Heart Circle is an excellent group to share whatever is on your mind. If you are struggling with grief, loss, anxiety, or any other challenges, this group is for you. Bring whatever is on your mind.
The rules are simple: keep everything in confidence and share about your own stuff.
If you’ve never attended before and feel you could use some supportive listeners, then tonight would be the perfect night for you to attend.
